Contract Manufacturing

The strength of Alsa Lab’s third-party production is encapsulated by a qualified and close-knit team, which allows great flexibility both for order quantities and sudden plan changes.

The production process starts from the brand new dispensing area which houses two Down Cross areas with LAF hoods, ISO-5 classified chambers in which raw materials are weighed.

All the rooms are contamination-controlled and designed for structural insulation, air treatment and controlled temperature/humidity. Numerous Airlocks for materials and our personnel.
All our activities and processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
